On behalf of the National Labor Relations Board (the “NLRB”), Joseph Szabo, Regional Director of Region 30 of the NLRB, filed a petition in district court seeking an injunction against P*I*E Nationwide, Inc. (“PIE”) pursuant to Section 10® of the National Labor Relations Act (the “NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 160®. Szabo sought a temporary injunction against PIE pending final disposition by the NLRB of unfair labor practice charges filed by Patrick Clement against PIE.
