Plaintiffs-appellants Roy M. Brunell, Jr. and Diane Brunell, formerly Diane L. Cup-py (“plaintiffs”), filed this appeal from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania issued March 28, 1985, 47 B.R. 830, which granted summary judgment to defendant-appellee Federal National Mortgage Association (“defendant”).
