The instant matter requires us, as in In re Corbett, 80 B.R. 32 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1987), to focus upon another of the difficult issues surrounding an effort by a debtor to avoid a sheriff’s sale of her home by means of 11 U.S.C. §§ 548(a)(2)(A) and (B)(i), which we discussed in our recently-affirmed decision in In re Butler, 75 B.R. 528 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1987), aff'd, C.A.
