Plaintiff is éngaged in business at Shelby in Oceana County. Defendant Kalamazoo Auto Sales Company operates a garage at Kalamazoo in a building owned by defendant Watkins and wife. This building was erected for the sales company and turned over to it under a lease executed in 1914. It consisted of two stories and a basement. The ground floor was taken up by the office, oil room, wash rack, stock and accessories, and storage room for regular customers.
