Relator challenges the termination of her Section 8 Rental Assistance, arguing that (1) the determination that relator had been evicted from her residence for a serious violation of her lease is not supported by substantial evidence, (2) the notice to terminate relator’s rental assistance was proeedurally and constitutionally deficient, and (3) relator was deprived of her constitutional right to confront and cross-examine witnesses at her hearings.
