OPINION

STANLEY S. HARRIS, District Judge.

Before the Court is plaintiffs motion for judgment of disgorgement as to defendant Paul A. Bilzerian. Upon consideration of the motion, the opposition, and replies thereto, the Court grants judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $33,140,787.07 plus interest.
