This case is before the Court on the petition of Flav-O-Rich, Inc., to review two related orders of the National Labor Relations Board. The first challenged order was issued on August 19,1974 following the Board’s decision that Petitioner had violated section 8(a)(5) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(5) and (1) (1970), by refusing to bargain with a union certified as collective bargaining representative for a number of its employees. 1 The second order for which review is sought was issued on October 31, 1974 wherein the Board denied…
