KNIGHT, Justice.
Suit by Bank of Moulton against J. R. Bates, commenced by attachment. On the day of the issuance of the attachment writ, the plaintiff in the attachment filed with the clerk a complaint, claiming of the defendant the sum. of $600 “for rent and advances of a tract of land known and called the John Freeman land for the years 1928, 1929 and 1930.” Upon this complaint a summons was issued in all respects as if the suit had been begun by summons and complaint.
