PETTINE, Senior District Judge.
The plaintiff, Ronald D. Russo (“Russo”), has sued Baxter Healthcare Corp. and Baxter International, Inc. (“Baxter”) for misappropriation of trade secrets, intentional interference with contractual relations, and negligence. Russo alleges that Baxter wrongly disclosed to the public Russo’s design for a medical device, thereby preventing Russo from acquiring foreign patents for the design.
