Pending before the Court are cross motions for summary judgment filed by Plaintiff and Defendant in this insurance-coverage dispute. Defendant Acceptance Indemnity Insurance Company (“Acceptance”) filed a Motion for Summary judgment [Doc. # 12] (“Motion”). Plaintiff Associated Automotive, Inc.
