This case was initiated by a complaint filed on July 3, 1973 by plaintiffs, Communication Workers of America, AFL-CIO (CWA) and Harriet Wilhite, individually and on behalf of all similarly situated non-supervisory female employees of South Central Bell Telephone Company.
