This case is another of those now frequently coming to us 1 under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S. C.A. § 2000e et seq., forbidding discrimination in employment by reason of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. At issue is the question whether the of fer and acceptance of a promotion, subsequent to the filing of a class action alleging systematic racial discrimination renders the suit moot as to the employee individually or to the class he represents.
