ORDER ON MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT

HOEVELER, District Judge.

This class action is brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., to redress alleged discrimination in employment on the basis of race. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges Crown Liquors of Broward, Inc. with practicing and maintaining policies of racial discrimination which permeate virtually its entire business enterprise.
