INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Kim C. Cannon and Sherrill S. Cannon, residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, filed a complaint alleging causes of action under federal and New York State law for breach of express and implied warranties arising out of their purchase of a 2000 Dutch Star recreational vehicle.
