This is an action to review an order of deportation in which the plaintiff seeks the following relief: (1) a declaration that he is not a deportable alien under the provisions of 8 U.S.C.A. § 1251(a) (4); (2) a declaration that an order for the deportation of plaintiff is null and void; and (3) a mandatory injunction to compel the defendant to present for hearing plaintiff’s petition for naturalization.
