More than twenty years ago, a seven lot subdivision was approved in Wareham, and private houses have been constructed on six of the seven lots. Shortly after the preliminary plan for the subdivision was filed, Wareham in*330creased the required area and frontage for lots in the zoning district in which the subdivision was located and the lots became nonconforming lots.
