This is a bill in equity under G. L. c. 40A, inserted by St. 1954, c. 368, § 2, by way of appeal from a decision of the board of appeal granting a variance for the bónstruction of a gasoline filling station and “lubritorium.”

■' The bill is brought by an owner of property which adjoins the property for which the variance was granted. The judge made comprehensive findings of fact and ordered a decree to be entered that the decision of the board of appeal was within its jurisdiction and that no modification of its decision was required. From a decree entered accordingly, the plaintiff appeals.…
