Plaintiff, the son of decedent Edythe B. Majetich and executor of her estate, brought a negligence suit against defendants, George Kontos, owner of a commercial strip mall located in Joliet, and ET. Ferro Construction Company. Plaintiff alleges that both defendants were negligent in the replacement of the parking lot pavement and as a result of their negligence, Edythe Majetich fell, sustained injuries, and ultimately died.
