Statement op the Case.

Nicholls, O. I. B. A. Kernan, the settlement of whose succession has given rise to the present litigation, left a will by which he made a number of special legacies, the largest being to Archbishop Jannsens and his successors in office. There was a provision in .the will revoking *594the legacy of any legatee who should contest any part of the will.
