United States Bankruptcy Court, M.D. Pennsylvania
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
JOHN J. THOMAS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This opinion is issued in support of Order dated November 12,1997.
The United States Trustee has objected to the Chapter Eleven Debtors’ Applications for Appointment of Counsel in all three of the above-captioned matters. In all three eases, the Debtors-in-Possession are represented by the same law firm, Doran & Nowalis. In these cases, the pre-petition retention agreement reads similar. For purposes of illustra tion and discussion, the retention agreement in Riverside Energy, Inc. is herein set forth.
