This is an appeal by plaintiffs from a judgment of dismissal, sustaining without leave to amend the demurrer of defendant, United California Bank (hereafter bank), to counts 2, 5 and 6 of the first cause of action, and the second cause of action of the amended complaint seeking relief for fraudulent representations, unlawful business practices, and unfair competition.
