Ray Hoover petitions for review of a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting a claim petition for a carpal tunnel injury but also terminating compensation as of a particular date and granting another claim petition for a low back injury but also suspending compensation for that injury.
