Tactica International, Inc. (“Tactica”) seeks a preliminary injunction pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure enjoining defendants, Atlantic Horizon International, Inc. (“AHI”), Robert Ferreira, Alice Ricafort, Taylor Gifts (“TG”), Elysee Cosmetics, Ltd. (“Elysee”), Elysee Beauty Products, Ltd.
