This is an appeal from a decree sustaining pleas to the bill of complaint and dismissing the bill. The material facts are these:
In the year 1901 the National Endowment Company was organized as a corporation under the laws of West Virginia, for the purpose of-carrying on a co-operative investment business on the partial payment plan.
