OPINION

MAZZANT, Justice.

Daniel Eric Finster appeals his convictions for criminal mischief (appeal number 05-03-01030-CR) and resisting arrest, search, or transportation (appeal number 05-03-01029-CR). A jury found appellant guilty of both offenses, and the court assessed punishment at ninety days’ confinement and a $1000 .fine for each offense.
