This direct appeal from a statutory three-judge district court involves important problems relating to “grandfather” rights to a certificate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in a single coordinated rail-motor freight service. The final decree of that court dismissed appellant’s petition to set aside an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission, 31 M. C. C. 299.
