This appeal involves the subject of liens for attorney fees in workmen’s compensation cases.
Graham was injured in such a way that permanent partial disability resulted, entitling him to compensation in the sum of $2,544. While he was receiving hospital treatment at the expense of his employer, and after he had received compensation for nine weeks at the rate of fifteen dollars per week, he employed an attorney.
