Plaintiff, Sheri Sawyer Madison, asserted employment discrimination and retaliation claims against Defendant, IBP, Inc., under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1981a; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2000e-17; and the Iowa Civil Rights Act (ICRA), Iowa Code ch. 216.
