Reversing.

On June 9, 1933, the Rudolph Wurlitzer Company sold to and installed for Kaufman-Straus Company refrigerating equipment in its fur storage room, water cooling system, and kitchen refrigerator. The consideration was $2,300 which was later reduced by discount to $2,000. The contract contained representations of economy over the purchaser’s old systems and warranties as to the operation of the machinery, the maintenance of certain temperatures, and in other particulars.
