*688Plaintiff, Albert F. Hauss, brought this suit against George Surran to recover tbe balance of tbe purchase price of a small electric light plant. Defendant counterclaimed for damages for breach of warranty. The jury-found for defendant and judgment was entered accordingly. Plaintiff has moved for an appeal.
On May 7, 1914, plaintiff contracted with the defendant to install an electric light plant, consisting of machinery and appliances connected to 150 light outlets for Tungsten lamps and one G. E. arc light. The purchase…
