Affirming.

The decisive question to be determined on this appeal is the sufficiency of the appellants’ answer and counterclaim and the amendments thereto.

In 1926, B. B. Wilson &'Co., a partnership composed of Horace H. Wilson, Tilford Wilson, and E. Reed Wilson, engaged in business at Lexington, Ky., sold and delivered to J. Harvey Vandiver, an Ingersoll air compressor at the price of $1,700, of which $1,000 was evidenced by bis note, and $700 was paid by tbe delivery of one Sullivan air compressor.
