Reversing.

This appeal requires the construction of a lease executed and delivered for the purpose of mining coal, and the determination of the right of a lessor to reenter and take possession of the leased premises under the facts presented. A synopsis of the material facts is presented in the brief of the appellant, the correctness of which is concurred in in the brief of appellees. The facts are substantially as follows:
