Delco Wire and Cable Co., Inc. and Delco Electronics Corp. (collectively “Delco”) entered a plea of guilty to a multicount indictment, including charges under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961, et seq. The court entered an Order of Forfeiture and appointed a Trustee to liquidate the company.
