(After stating the foregoing facts.) We have considered carefully the demurrers to the amendment to the petition, and to the amendment to the answer (both subjects of the pendente *158lite exceptions), and also the'various grounds of the motion for a new trial. A seriatim discussion of each of these would render this decision unnecessarily voluminous. The amendment to the petition amplified and made more specific the petition and the allegations of negligence.
