Plaintiff Centerre Bank of Independence, N.A., (formerly the First National Bank of Independence) appeals from the judgment entered in its favor on a verdict of the jury for one dollar on Count I, which charged breach of lease, and from the court’s refusal to submit punitive damages on Count IV, which alleged fraudulent misrepresentation.
