This is an action for damages for ■ breach of contract. In the complaint plaintiff claims damages, after deducting an item of interest of $283.50, in the sum of $7,260.77. The cause was tried by the court and a jury. A verdict was rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant for the sum of $1,000. A judgment was entered thereon from which defendant appeals.
