Currently before the court are defendants BankAmerica Housing Services’ (“BA”) and Tullgren’s (“Tullgren”) objections to the August 4, 1999 Memorandum-Decision and Order of the Honorable David N. Hurd, United States Magistrate Judge,1 granting plaintiff Jill Hasbrouck and non-party Trasteo Bank (“Trasteo”) a protective order on information about plaintiffs confidential settlement with Trasteo. This matter was submitted under seal and without oral argument.
