The minor plaintiff, Anna Marmar, and her father, Jacob Marmar, have judgments against Daniel F. Connor in an action to recover damages on account of injuries suffered by the minor in an automobile collision. On appeal to this court the defendant Con-nor complains of the refusal of his motion for judgment n. o. v. The minor was riding in a car owned and operated by Frank F.
