Bird, J..This bill was filed for an accounting and other relief. The accounting sought had reference to a contract plaintiff made with defendant Woodruff for building loans, and with defendant Wilcox, the building contractor. The principal claim of plaintiff is that he was charged a rate of interest that amounted to usury. At the hearing a large amount of testimony was taken, at the conclusion of which the chancellor filed an opinion which so nearly coincides with our view of the case that we have adopted the opinion, as the opinion of this court:
