DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff brings this civil action pursuant to the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, 29 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq. This Court has original jurisdiction of the matter under 28 U.S.C. § 1345.

The Complaint charges that in an election of union officers held on December 1-6, 1975, Defendant violated Title IV of said *582Act, 29 U.S.C. § 481 through § 483. These provisions govern the election of officers of a national or international labor organization.
