DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.
Plaintiffs herein allege that this case is a class action arising out of the sale of certain limited partnership interests in the develop*84ment of specified petroleum leases and seek recovery for Defendants’ alleged violations of the Securities Act of 1933, 15 U.S.C. §§ 77a et seq., and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78a et seq.; and for common law fraud, deceit and unjust enrichment. It is asserted that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction under 15 U.S.C. § 77v1 and § 78aa2 and under the doctrine of pendent jurisdiction.
