GRAHAM, Presiding Judge.

On May 15, 1925, George R. Folds and Lawrence M. Persons filed their joint application, serial No. 30,578, for a patent on a combined safety device and resetting mechanism relating to liquid fuel burning systems. The device, as set forth in the application, is, in brief, a fuel pump operated by an electric motor. The motor circuit is controlled by a float controlled switch mechanism.
