This is an appeal from a decision of the Commissioner of Patents in an interference proceeding, in which priority of invention was awarded to appellee by all of the interference tribunals of the Patent Office.
The invention in controversy is a process of purifying the nitrogen-hydrogen gas mixture in the synthetic production of ammonia,. It is unnecessary to detail the various successive processes by which synthetic ammonia is produced.
