BRUNETTI, Circuit Judge:

Ralph C. Wilson Industries, Inc. (“Wilson”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees, various television stations and television program suppliers. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

Wilson is the licensee of television station KICU-TV (“KICU”), Channel 36, licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) to the city of San Jose, Santa Clara County, California.
