Appellant appeals from the decision of the Franklin Circuit Court affirming the decisions of the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Commission (hereinafter “the Commission”) to award the individual ap-pellees unemployment compensation after they were discharged from the Department of Education without cause. The appellant contends that these individuals had policy-making or advisory positions, and as a result were not entitled to receive unemployment compensation after they were discharged.
