Affirming.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Franklin Circuit Court sitting in equity. Appellee Indian Refining Company (hereinafter called the company) brought this suit against the Unemployment Compensation Commission and its members (hereinafter called the Commission) and also against its co-appellee, Frank J. Kolb, who operates bulk stations for the handling of the company’s petroleum products, on consignment, at Paducah and Mayfield.
