Individual plaintiffs and Plaintiff-Interve-nor (collectively hereinafter “plaintiffs”) brought suit alleging that the defendant violated the Railway Labor Act (“RLA”), 45 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., by imposing a workplace solicitation ban in all flight operations areas.
