Healy duly filed a statement of lien in which he claimed the sum of $102,959 for the building, deepening, excavating and leveling of certain canals and the filling in of lands and premises, in St. Clair Haven and St. Clair Haven No. 1, two adjoining subdivisions in Harrison township, Macomb county, Michigan.
