The appellee, a minor, was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, an organization, national in scope, for the upbuilding of character and training in citizenship of male youths of this country. He had assiduously applied himself in the activities of the organization, and had been advanced from the lowest to the highest rank of Boy Scouts.
