This action was originally brought by Arthur Andrews, and on his death, his widow, as- administratrix of his *376estate, was substituted as plaintiff. There is little controversy as to the facts, either as pleaded or as testified to. The defendant is a corporation, organized and existing under the statutes of Iowa, and has been engaged in the work and activities usual to such associations.
